Check your Wi-Fi connection first. If the device is connected but still showing offline, restart the media player by unplugging it for 10 seconds. Check the Screens page in your dashboard for detailed diagnostics.
Yes! Use Quick Promo from your dashboard to push instant messages like ‘Happy Hour Is Live!’ or ‘Last Call — 30 Minutes!’. These appear as overlay alerts on top of your menu content.
Go to Screens in your dashboard, click ‘Add Screen’, assign it to your restaurant, then enter the 6-digit pairing code shown on the TV. The screen connects in seconds.
The player caches your menu content locally. If Wi-Fi drops, it continues displaying the last synced menu until the connection is restored. No blank screens.
